Access to and use of the pso99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only. pso99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds returned to the source of deposit, and any winnings forfeited. pso99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
To access real-money features on pso99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must ensure this information remains up to date at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pso99 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, cancellation of all Bonus Funds, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the duplicate Account. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your consent, contact pso99 support immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pso99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify pso99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined. Deliberately providing false or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.
pso99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added or removed at pso99's discretion with reasonable notice.
pso99 performs routine anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. Accounts flagged during AML screening may experience temporary processing delays while the review is completed. pso99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure or regulatory holds.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards issued by pso99 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds credited to a pso99 Account:
A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmed bet reference number from the pso99 platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. pso99 is not liable for errors in bets placed by the Player.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product, market, and event. Applicable limits are displayed on each market at the time of bet placement. pso99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including after a wager has been placed, in response to market changes or risk management requirements.
pso99 reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors (where odds were published due to a technical or human error); event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 48 hours; force majeure events; or where evidence of match manipulation or corruption is established by the relevant governing body.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events and are subject to real-time suspension and resumption. pso99 does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events. Any bets placed during a technical delay that results in incorrect odds being quoted may be voided at pso99's sole discretion.
Bandar bola (Indonesian-style football handicap betting) markets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by the general betting rules above plus specific product rules published in the pso99 Help Centre. Payout calculations for mix parlay bets follow the cumulative odds method; a single void leg reduces the accumulator proportionally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pso99. Unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pso99 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pso99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits pso99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pso99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pso99. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
In summary: pso99 collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
You may close your pso99 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days (WIB). Any remaining Real Money Balance after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements will be returned to the registered payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.
pso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of Account termination for cause, pso99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from prohibited activities, and may offset Real Money Balances against any proven damages.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the jurisdiction in which pso99 holds its primary operating licence, as updated from time to time and published on the Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration. Judgments rendered by arbitration may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that the online gambling legal environment in Indonesia is complex. It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing pso99 is lawful in your specific location. pso99 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
pso99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
